The 6th Annual Northeast Classic Set For The Magic Mile

VT&NH Racing News VT&NH Racing News April 16, 2026

For the first time in 2026 teams will roll through the tunnel at the Magic Mile of New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the 6th Annual Northeast Classic for the American Canadian Tour and the Pro All Star Series. Tuesday officials made the decision to move the entire weekend at Loudon into a one day show on Saturday, April 18th due to inclement weather conditions for Sunday.

The pit gates will open up at an early 6:30am on Saturday morning. 9:30am will see the first round of race cars hit the track for round one practice. Each division will receive three rounds of rotating practices before the final touches go on for Qualifying at 1:00pm.

The Milton CAT American Canadian Tour and Pro All Star Series will headline the big day at the Magic Mile. Alongside them this Saturday will be the return of the Modified Racing Series, Pro Truck Challenge and the R&R Open Street Stocks. In the five years of the Northeast Classic 50 for the ACT Late Models, fans have seen three different victors. Back in 2021 during the Inaugural Northeast Classic fans saw a top notch race ending with a fan favorite in victory lane. Unfortunately following post race technical inspection the event winner DJ Shaw had been disqualified making the Vermont driver of Jimmy Hebert the inaugural winner of the Spring race at Loudon. 2022-2024 it was nothing short of domination for the Massachusetts native of Derek Gluchacki after he went on to do an incredible three peat at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Headed into the 2025 season there were two major headlines. First, can Gluchacki go for a fourth consecutive Northeast Classic victory. And that Milton CAT has joined forces with the American Canadian Tour to sponsor the series for multiple seasons to come. The 2025 event at New Hampshire also saw a 40+ car field for the season opener. After 50 laps the streak would end as Center Conway, New Hampshire’s Gabe Brown the 2024 ACT Champion would make his first trip to NHMS victory lane.

With $5,500 dollars on the line to open up the 2026 Milton CAT American Canadian Tour season the Northeast Classic is a must not miss event.
