I understand that I am participating in GNSS events as an independent contractor and that I am solely responsible for all money or prizes received. This includes federal income taxes, FICA, state taxes, workers compensation obligations, and withholding taxes. I acknowledge that I am not an employee, servant, or agent of the Grand National Super Series.
I understand that I am entitled only to the benefits of the Competitor Accident Policy obtained by the Grand National Super Series for accidental injuries sustained during GNSS events. I understand this policy represents the full limit of GNSS liability for injuries occurring during events provided proper notification is given.
I agree to abide by all rules, procedures, and regulations of the Grand National Super Series, including any rules that may be modified or updated in the future. I recognize my responsibility to the public and the GNSS organization which administers the events and prize money.
I consent to the use of my name, likeness, photographs of myself, and images of my race car for publicity, promotional materials, advertising, broadcasts, or endorsements related to GNSS events. I relinquish any rights to photos, video, or broadcast recordings taken in connection with GNSS events.
I acknowledge that motorsports activities involve inherent risks. By participating in GNSS events and signing event waiver forms, I waive certain legal rights including the right to sue for injuries or death occurring within restricted areas associated with racing activities.
I confirm that I have read and fully understand all agreements listed above and agree to abide by all terms and the official rules of the Grand National Super Series.
