For the 138th time in Milton CAT American Canadian Tour history the International tour will run it back, at home this weekend May 3rd and 4th at Barre, Vermonts Thunder Road Speedbowl for the 28th Community Bank N.A. 150. After last year’s rainy start to the ACT and Thunder Road season the Community Bank 150 was pushed back to June after a wet start to practice day and a complete washout Sunday of the original date. In what was looking like a repeat of 2025 the weather forecast is shaping up to make for a nice cool weekend at the track to open up the 67th season of racing at the Nations Site of Excitement.
Saturday morning teams will roll through the gate for an early start to the weekend with the annual Thunder Road Car-Show from 8:45am to 11:00am. Open practice will kick off at 1:00pm and will run through 4:55pm where teams will then have some time from final practice till 6:00pm to make final changes before Sunday’s early morning. The pit gates will open at 8:00am with drivers meeting following at 9:15am. Practice will start up at 10:00am with American Canadian Tour & Thunder Road Late Model champions practice for the first ten minutes. Thunder Road’s annual Class Day activities will start off at 12:55pm and will conclude by 1:20pm to open up the year!
The Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers will kick things off at 1:30pm with round one qualifying. The Milton CAT American Canadian Tour, Rk Miles Street Stocks and Road Warriors will follow suit. For the third time in 2026 the ACT Late Models will fire to life, this time for the 28th Community Bank N.A. 150 at Thunder Road.
